We all know that there is always a possible danger lurking in our everyday life. It could be terrorist attacks or attack on privacy, there are hundreds of ways someone can harm you. Therefore it is very important for you to take preventive measures and be ready to face any threat.

Self-defense in 10 steps:

1- Look for your gesture & posture: Your body moments can unknowingly communicate with others. Always act confident and aware of your surrounding.

2- Trust your instinct:  If you are aware of your environment you will get the vibes from the people around you. Don’t hesitate in acting as per your instinct and avoid any possible threat.

3- Aware of patterns: Be aware of your surrounding and it’s patterns. For example a certain hour when you should avoid going out or the way a person behaves in certain situation.

4- Online presence: Share limited information online. Avoid sharing any details that can expose you to any kind of threat.

How to tackle the attacker?

5- Use whatever you have in your reach: You can use anything as weapon. It could be coffee mug, bottle, keys especially you can use to hit your attacker severely.

6- Know where to attack: Attack your opponent on the weak areas in body like eyes, throat, knees, groin etc.
